E St. in San Bernardino (the former 99 Cent Store), near the Inland Center Mall. Fast forward to Dec 2025, the owner of Nine Eight Five Coffee (the neighboring business) confirmed that plans have been cancelled. Today, Dec. 18th, a contractor was seen removing the store’s banner.
