Golden Milk: The Ancient Healing Drink 😮 Ingredients: • 1 cup warm milk (almond, oat, or regular) • ½ tsp turmeric • Pinch of black pepper • ½ tsp cinnamon • Fresh ginger or ginger powder • 1 tsp raw honey ( optional ) Preparation: Warm the milk (don’t boil). Add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
